Open Days
Our next Open Days are on:
- Saturday 23rd June 2012
- Saturday 15th September 2012
- Saturday 10th November 2012
Open Days are an opportunity for prospective parents and pupils to get a feeling for Shrewsbury and our aim is to introduce you to as many aspects of School life as we can. We generally hold two Open Days in the Michaelmas Term, one in the Lent Term, and another two in the Summer Term. They are informal and fun occasions that allow you to meet the Headmaster, Housemasters, current pupils and senior staff, to have a tour of the school, and to ask any questions you like.
After a busy morning, everyone meets together again for lunch, after which you are welcome to stay on, perhaps to watch some of the afternoon's home matches, see the School Boat House or maybe the Ancient Library, should you wish. Please follow the link on the left to 'A typical Open Day' for more detail.
To ensure you have plenty of individual attention, we limit numbers to about 25 families. If you have friends who might be interested in coming to see the school, do please mention our Open Days to them - they too would be very welcome. Simply ask them to contact Robin Case, the Registrar.
To book a place, or to arrange an individual visit, please contact the Registrar's office on 01743 280552, or email registrar@shrewsbury.org.uk.
Please also see our Open Days Booklet for entry into the Third or Fourth Forms, and the Sixth Form Booklet for entry into the coeducational Sixth Form.
