Ed Elcock, winner of the 2011 David Harrison PrizeThe David Harrison Prize is awarded to a pupil from any year group who presents the best 10-12 minute talk on a mathematical topic. This year's final featured five excellent mini-lectures on topics as diverse as Sukoku puzzles and Godel's Incompleteness Theorem's (or why we can never know everything).

This year the winning talk was given by 5th former Ed Elcock (Rb) on the topic of Private Key Encryption. Other finalists were: Ed Carroll (Ch, 3), Amina Alderazi (MSH, L6), Kiran Morjaria (I, L6) and Stephen Lilico (SH, U6).
