RSSBC: Victoria, Sabrina and Willliams Sculls 2019

Among the many impressive performances at this year's Victoria, Sabrina and Williams Sculls, Upper Sixth Former Louis Nares achieved a notable first in the history of the Boat Club. 

The annual races, which date back to the 1890s, take the form of rowers racing in single sculls for their Houses. Victoria is for Sixth Formers, Sabrina is for Fifth Formers and Williams is for Fourth Formers. We also ran a competition in doubles this year for the Fourth Form to add to their racing experience.

The House prizes are won based on the cumulative time of their fastest four scullers.

Upper Sixth Former Louis Nares retained his Victoria title from last year, having also won the Sabrina, Williams and Junior Williams titles in his previous years at the School. Our current records do not suggest that this feat has been achieved before.
