The 2012 Christmas Raffle raises a record-breaking £1,000+

The 2012 Christmas Raffle raised well over £1,000 for The Mayor of Shrewsbury's Charities (Hope House and Cystic Fibrosis), and The Shewsy. This was a record-breaking sum, and was due to the hard work of the House Charity Reps, and the generosity of the donors who were:
Mrs Codron, Mrs Cooke, Mrs Halliday, Mrs Hannaby, Mr Russell, Mrs Manser, Mr Arzumanyan,Mrs Warner, Tanners, Toni and Guys, Garden Design Shrewsbury, Yoga Spirit, Holroyd Howe, Salopian Ventures, The Inn at Grinshill.

Mr and Mrs Lawson donated an overnight stay at Hambrook House, which was won by Mrs Vicky Kirk
Mr and Mrs James Clarke donated 2 Liverpool Football tickets, which were won by Tiger
Mr and Mrs Robin Morris donated a week in a 4 bed flat in Aberdovey, which was won by Emily Wood.

The £100 of hairdressing vouchers from Toni and Guy were won by Churchill's housemaster Richard Hudson, which caused considerable amusement.  Apparently his daughters are delighted with them!

Father Christmas made an appearance, along with Rudolph and many of the inevitable Christmas-related jokes.
