Relief Matron

Permanent, 9 hours per week, term-time

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and pastoral skills in this Relief Matron role based in the Oldham’s Hall Boarding House. This position will provide relief cover for the permanent Matron during the week in term-time.

The chosen applicant will also have a high level of communication and organisational skills and a proven ability to form professional relationships with teenagers. The Relief Matron will work closely with the Housemaster, permanent Matron and pupils. This role also involves the need to have an understanding and sympathetic approach, balancing a friendly disposition with the need to maintain discipline.
