Please find details below regarding My School Portal, a new communication platform for you to use this academic year.
My School Portal is the market-leading platform designed to streamline communications between our school and parents by bringing all information and services together into one easy-to-use dashboard. New parents will be familiar with the platform having used it to complete their Joining Forms, but we are excited to open up the Portal to all parents and guardians from today.
Parents and guardians will have instant access to information about their children, such as pupil timetables, sports fixtures, sports results, school reports, commendations, tagged photos or videos and much more. All information is accessed securely online using one username and password, and is accessible via your desktop, tablet or mobile device.

In order to login please do the following:
- If you have a Microsoft, Google, Apple or Facebook email account that you have registered with the school, then you can just sign in with that by visiting https://shrewsbury.myschoolportal.co.uk
- If you don’t have one of these accounts, then navigate to https://shrewsbury.myschoolportal.co.uk/request-password and using your email address (the one you received this email to) request new password. You will receive an email from My School Portal and follow the instructions.
