Olly is a performance consultant for British Swimming, with expertise spanning Biomechanics, Performance Analysis and Innovation in all aquatic disciplines. Before this he spent 12 years at the English Institute of Sport where he worked with Archery GB, British Athletics, British Wheelchair Basketball and English Table Tennis.
He has worked with many Olympic, Paralympic and World Champions across several different sports. In a welcome return to Shrewsbury, Olly will share his recent experience of the Paris Olympic and Paralympic games. He will explain how STEM subjects can be applied to solve some of the most challenging performance problems, and shed light on the development journey of a champion.
