The Shrewsbury Pathway
The Shrewsbury Pathway is our admissions route that enables families to plan their child’s journey to Shrewsbury School with confidence and clarity.
It offers families the opportunity for early assurance, securing a guaranteed place at Shrewsbury from as early as Year 6 or Year 7 – whether joining from within our Family of Schools or from another school.
Through the Pathway, families can choose the route that best suits their child:
- Start at Year 7 (11+) – Join the Shrewsbury Family of Schools at Packwood, Prestfelde or Terra Nova, with the added assurance of a guaranteed place at Shrewsbury for Third Form (Year 9).
- Start at Year 9 (13+) – Secure a guaranteed place in Shrewsbury’s Third Form from as early as Year 6 or apply during Years 7 or 8.
