Shrewsbury International School Phnom Penh

Since its founding in 2022, Shrewsbury Phnom Penh has been built on the foundations of Shrewsbury School’s ethos of a whole person education which lasts a lifetime, combined with a basis of academic rigour, strong pastoral care, and a balanced co-curricular programme.

Initially, it offered Early Years education (ages 2–5) from a city-centre location in Phnom Penh. Over time, the school is expanding its grade offerings: Primary provision commenced in September 2024, and an impressive all-through campus will open in September 2026.

The new purpose-built campus in the vibrant Sen Sok district is under development and occupies approximately 7 hectares.  When complete, it will be the largest international school campus in the country and will welcome students from Early Years through to Secondary, enabling an all-through model on one campus.

The Sen Sok campus is being designed with dedicated world-class facilities such as science laboratories, art, dance, drama and music studios, design and technology workshops as well as full sports facilities such as an Olympic-sized swimming pool, FIFA size soccer pitch, large indoor courts and even Fives courts.

The school offers the British curriculum model, from EYFS to GCSEs and IGCSEs and A Levels. To make the most of the amazing performing arts facilities, the school is an exam centre for LAMDA exams and also pursues the International Award and other internationally recognised and highly-regarded certifications.
