For the last decade, Dr Helen Brown has worked in conflict zones across the Middle East. She has experience of setting up schools in displaced communities, training teachers and providing post-trauma pre-education in some of the world’s most volatile and dangerous places.
She will be discussing role of education in preventing radicalisation and acting as a tool for counter-terrorism in order to ensure global security.
