Sub-Aqua Club celebrates new PADI Open Water divers

Congratulations to two Lower Sixth students, Max E (SH) and Ethan P (R) who recently qualified as PADI open water divers. 

The event is also noteworthy as this term’s crew takes the tally to 70 Shrewsbury students and staff member to be certified since Mr Mark Roberts took over as Club Instructor just over five years ago.  

With more to come when the Fifth Formers have the opportunity to complete their open water dives following their exams, the club relies on the dedicated commitment and patient support of the Assistant Instructors; Mr Kevin Lloyd, Dr Aislinn Currie-Jordan and Mr Dan Nicholas.
