After what was reputedly a lively night back in Shrewsbury, the Saracens wisely took to the field against the School in their annual match. Chasing a decent School total of 249 for 7 accumulated over their 40 overs, the Saracens failed to threaten and finished at 203 for 9, with JJ Fielding top score with 64. The School emerged as worthy winners, but no disgrace to the Saracens.
