Old Salopian singer/songwriters take to the stage

Six extremely talented musicians performed at the Young Old Salopian Open Mic Night in London last Thursday.

The event is organised by Joe Bell (I&Rb 2010-15) who is a well-known singer/songwriter on the London scene. He was joined by Ash Bates (S 2009-14), Cam Bates (S 2012-17), Jessie Inglis-Jones (EDH 2016-18), Kate Woodman (M 2018-23) and Tim Atkins (M 2010-14).

The audience was made up of OS based in London who enjoyed an evening of quality musical entertainment and drinks downstairs at The Albany in a central London location. 

Ash Bates is also a professional musicians while Jessie Inglis-Jones is training to be a solicitor. Kate Woodman is at the Central School of Speech and Drama for a year before taking up a place at Cambridge in the autumn and fitting in TV acting roles in between.
