Uni drinks tour heads west
The Salopian Club university drinks tour culminated in a trip to Exeter and Bristol at the weekend.
It's the Club's aim to meet with students at the ten most popular universities for Salopians in the country. It starts with Durham and Edinburgh (taking in Newcastle and St Andrews), stops in Oxford (Uni and Brookes) and ends up in Exeter and then Bristol (Uni, UWE, Bath and potentially Cardiff!) Students from any higher education establishment are welcome to attend.
Mr Toby Percival (Head of High Education) hosted a drinks event in Exeter on Thursday night. Mrs Holly Fitzgerald (Director of the Salopian Club), Mr Chris Wain (Head of Futures) and Mr Nick David (Director of Activities and father of a Bristol student!) were on hand to buy the drinks in Clifton in Bristol on Friday.
It's a great opportunity to catch up with Old Salopians who have only recently left School and hear how they're getting on. The Club will be back on tour in the Autumn Term.
