Each year the British Science Association run their British Science Week campaign; a week dedicated to celebrating all things Science.

This year, University College London ran a poster competition centered around air filtration and ensuring healthy indoor spaces.

Many students from Shrewsbury School submitted posters internally, with the top five being entered as part of the national competition.

We are pleased to announce that Dason T (Rt, LVI), Harry P (S, LVI) and Dominic C (Rt, LVI) won their age category for their impressive poster which included QR codes linking to references and a 3d model design of an air filtration system.

In total, British Science Association received 3500 entries as part of both their poster competitions. To be recognised on a national level for their science and scientific communication is an excellent achievement.

A sample of the posters entered will be on display in the Library on Speech Day.
